We really liked our stay here. We were in an Airbnb so we didn't take advantage of any of the services but the location was great. The pool was nice. The beach is right across the street and it was awesome. There's a couple of different beaches though so check them out because they offer different stuff. The one right across the beach to okay for swimming but if you go to the little park to the left of that passed the small house on the water there it's better snorkeling.

Large, village-like resort with about 10 separate buildings. Great location, parking, and price, but the place feels a bit old. Overall, a budget-friendly stay with good value.

Location next to Kamaole II amazing, you can just walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. Great reserved parking spot. Comfortable and spacious living quarters with all the stuff you need for any length stay.

This location has lots of units managed from lots of different vendors (and how you book) and vary in how updated they are. Our unit was beautiful, updated, very clean and modern. Perfect for a long working visit. Some units are not as updated. We booked via Airbnb and it was easy and upfront of the cost with no additional fees (as some other reviews mentioned). Staff on the property from security to the front desk were nice and helpful. Parking was plenty, free and covered. The hot tub was hot and pool area clean. Lots of families, couples, retirees, and locals. Location it’s easy to get to the beach as it’s a short walk down and across the street and is a little farther from some of the normal kihei stops but you can walk. Overall, I’ve seen a few units as vary in decor or being updated but the property was very nice.

Booked Maui Banyan through Expedia not really knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the location, room, service, and amenities! It was so helpful to have an in-room washer and dryer unit throughout our stay due to the constant beach trips! I absolutely loved the location. It's right across the street from some of the islands best beaches and has great restaurants and shopping only a few minutes walk away. Also, FREE PARKING! It is such a hassle with some hotels these days charging ridiculous amounts for parking so it was so amazing that it was free and close to our room! Will definitely be booking here for any future visits!

It was the best vacation my wife and I have ever had everything was perfect. Ocean view Great service great rooms. Highly recommended. And we will be back.

We stayed here for a girls trip. The rooms were clean I'll be at a bit dated. The bathrooms or well equipped, as was the kitchen. A great place to stay with families or couples. The pool was small but cool and refreshing. Great BBQ area for use beside the pool, and covered eating area if you wanted to get together with a bigger group (up to 10 or so).
